As per the latest Govt order and proceedings, Delegation Of Powers to School Complex HMs as follows:
- (a) [School Complex HMs to HMs]: Grant of Casual Leave/Special Casual Leave (Special Casual Leave when permitted by the Government) for the Head Masters working in Primary & Upper Primary Schools under the purview of School Complex.
- (b) [School HMs to Teachers]: The Headmasters of Primary & Upper Primary Schools shall grant Casual Leave/Special Casual Leave (Special Casual Leave when permitted by the Government) for the Teachers working in the respective Schools and the same should be reported to the concerned School Complex Head Masters from time to time.
- Drawing & Disbursing Officer(DDO) for the staff working in Primary & Upper Primary Schools under the purview of School Complex.
- All such leave shall be granted in the online software system provided and only in a situation where the online system is inaccessible shall an offline sanction be made, but it shall be updated online at the earliest opportunity
- School Complex HM, as a DDO may release and sign the increment certificate to Staff ] As per the instructions of the Government vide reference 6th read below, the Drawing Officer is authorized to release and sign the increment certificate.
