It is hereby informed that , the Commissioner of School Education . Telangana . Hyderabad vide reference cited have issued following instructions with regard to delegation of certain powers to School Complex Head Masters with immediate effect
1 . As the information received from the Mandal Educational Oficers in tespective of School Complex , same has been furnished to District Treasury Officer for accepting the Salary bills submitted by the school complex HIMS .
2 . The concerned Mandal Educational Officers are requested to update the Service Register of all the Teachers of Primary / Upper Primary Schools under their purview and hand over those Service Registers ( expect Government Primary and Upper Primary Schools ) to concerned Head Masters of School Complex with proper acknowledgment
3 . The Head Masters of School Complex are requested to claim the salary hills of Teaching Staff in respect of Local Body Primary and Upper Primary Schools from the month of March 2020 onwards
4 . The Mandal Educational Officers are requested to claim the salary bills of Teaching Staff in respect of Government Primary and Government Upper Primary Schools from the month of MArch 2020 onwards as per the procedure followed earlier
5 . ( a ) Grant of casual leave / special casual leave ( Special Casual Leave when Permitted by the Government for the Ilead Masters working in Primary & Upper Primary Schools under the purview of School Complex ( b ) The Headmasters of Primary & Upper Primary Schools shall grant Casual Leave / special casual leave Special Casual Leave when permitted by the Government for the Teachers working in the respective schools and the same should be reported to the concerned School Complex Ilead Masters from time to time
6 . The School Complex HMs are requested to update the school wise cadre Strength of your jurisdiction in consultation with concerned DTO / STOS Therefore , all the Head Masters of School Complex are requested to take inmediate action in the matter for timely preferring the salary bills of Teachers Staff under the purview of School Complex and requested to furnish the compliance report to this office . d – laryn
